Leadership Training thru The Maxwell Leadership Team, 

B & L Leadership Group came from 30 years of working for others and

seeing that there was a need for something new, something different

that needed to be done when leading others.

 

I have worked for smaller companies owned by individuals all the way to working for big national retailers. The same problem occurs wherever I

have worked: leading people has to be something you learn how to do,

it’s not something you inherit when you get to a position of leadership.

But that is what people believe. Leadership must be learned. So partnering with The Maxwell Leadership Team I can now take John’s 40 plus years of training and teach others how to lead correctly and how to get results.
